No Reasonable Adjustments at work

:-(
North Shields, 30 January 2020

I started work for a large reputable company in June 2018. Only after I suffered an injury at work, did the company then send me for an Occupational Health Assessment . An ergonomic chair was identified, as a Reasonable Adjustment. I am still awaiting this chair, and we are now in 2020. They have recently sent me a photo of a generic ergonomic chair out of some catalogue and have asked my opinion on its suitability?? My GP says I would be ‘fit for work’ if they provide Reasonable Adjustments. I have now exhausted sick pay, therefore, this has caused stress and great financial hardship. I am pursuing a Disability Discrimination case against this employer.
